    Texas Children's Pavilion for Women offers a vast array of amenities to keep patients and their families comfortable during their stay

    Dining and refreshments

    Coffee Corner: Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of Starbucks® coffee, tea, smoothies and a variety of grab-and-go selections at the Coffee Corner located on the third floor near the bridge and Fresh Bistro Café.

    Fresh Bistro Café: The Café, located on the third floor near Admissions and the bridge, is open for your dining enjoyment seven days a week.

    Catered event planning: Let our experienced catering staff to assist you in planning your special event including family meals, high teas, hors d’oeuvres and more. Call 832-826-FOOD (3663) to speak with our catering manager.

    Patient dining and guest trays: Patient meal selections delivered via room service are available seven days a week by calling 832-826-DINE (3463). Guest meals may also be ordered for an additional charge; please have a credit card ready when you call. Meals will be freshly prepared and delivered within 45 minutes of your phone order.

    Every new mother and one guest receives a celebration meal after your child is born.

    Suites and amenity packages

    The Pavilion offers four spacious suites in the Mother Baby unit that provide premium comfort for you and your family. These elegantly appointed rooms feature deluxe bedding and amenities, including gourmet cuisine. These suites offer a wide variety of special touches designed to make your stay – or that of a loved one – an even more delightful experience:

    • A premium toiletry set and plush robe for you to take home
    • Fully-stocked refrigerator and a welcome basket of snacks
    • Gourmet menu selection and in-room coffee and tea
    • Swaddle receiving blanket
    • A bouquet of fresh flowers
    • Up to four days of parking validation

    Massage therapy

    Enjoy a relaxing massage in your room or in the Bella Luna boutique from our experienced therapists. Appointments are available from 8 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.

    Types of massage offered:

    • Pre- and post-natal massage
    • Swedish massage
    • Infant massage
    • Scar therapy
    • Oncology
    • Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) therapy

    A half-hour massage is $45, and one hour is $75. Chair massages are also available for $1 per minute. For an appointment, please call 832-826-2556.  

    Professional photography

    The Pavilion for Women has an in-house, professional photography service. A photography staff member will visit you once your baby is born to discuss options.

    Book nooks

    The Pi Beta Phi book nooks, located throughout the hospital, provide a variety of books for your enjoyment.

    Breastfeeding consultation and breast pump rental

    Outpatient lactation consultation is available by appointment, and hospital-grade electric breast pumps and baby weigh scales are available for rent. For information, please call 832-824-6120.

    Chapel

    Texas Children’s Spiritual Care Department serves all faiths and is available to everyone. A non-denominational chapel is located on the third floor in the West Tower building, accessed through the third floor Pavilion for Women bridge.

    Parking

    Valet parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Should you choose to self-park, we have four levels of on-site parking in the underground garage. Discount parking passes are available for extended stay.

    Pavilion Express newsstand

    The newsstand retail shop offers newspapers, magazines, flowers, snacks, drinks and other essentials.

    Bella Luna Boutique

    The Bella Luna Boutique offers a collection of gifts, self-care items and fashions. 

    Phones, internet and mail

    Each patient room has a phone, and international calls can be placed as collect calls or by using your personal calling card. Courtesy phones are also located at the welcome desks and in select waiting areas. Care WiFi internet access is available throughout the building. No password is required, but certain terms and conditions must be accepted prior to access.

    For outgoing mail, a U.S. Postal Service box is located in the main lobby. If you receive mail while in the hospital, a staff member will deliver it to your room.
