Solving Even the Most Complex Cases
We welcome all individuals and couples seeking fertility help, including challenging cases others were unsuccessful in treating.
With our state-of-the-art lab, cutting-edge research, and leading fertility experts, we are widely regarded for solving even the most complex issues to help our patients achieve a successful pregnancy.
Meeting Your Every Need
We offer the full range of fertility services and treatments, including the latest innovations in assisted reproductive technologies (ART) to help you conceive. Our approach to treatment is conservative, focusing on the least expensive, least invasive techniques first.
The first step in helping you achieve a successful pregnancy is to gather the information needed to identify the cause of your infertility. Your initial consultation will include a detailed medical history, a physical exam, lab tests, and an ultrasound. From there, our reproductive endocrinology specialists can determine a treatment plan that is right for you.
We are known for our expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility, conducted in highly private settings dedicated solely to male reproductive health testing. Services include semen analysis and semen cryopreservation at our state-of-the-art Andrology lab, and testicular biopsies in partnership with Baylor College of Medicine’s renowned Scott Department of Urology to further evaluate sperm function and production.
For women experiencing problems with ovulation, our specialists offer ovulation induction treatment, using medications to stimulate the ovary to produce and release eggs, increasing your chances of conception.
IUI, also known as artificial insemination, sperm are collected, processed and placed inside the woman’s uterus close to the time of ovulation, increasing the chance of fertilization.
IVF is a multi-step procedure used to bring eggs and sperm together outside the woman’s body. If the eggs become fertilized, these embryos are implanted directly into the woman’s uterus, bypassing the fallopian tubes. Our IVF services include sperm retrieval and injection procedures such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), testicular sperm extraction (TESE) and microepididymal sperm aspiration (MESA).
Endometrial Receptivity array (ERA)
An endometrial biopsy sample is taken during a “mock embryo transfer” cycle, the sample is analyzed to assess endometrial receptivity, and the optimal day for transfer will be defined.
Our board-certified medical geneticists and counselors offer preconception counseling and screening to identify genetic risk factors that may affect your pregnancy. For patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF), we also offer preimplantation genetic screening and diagnosis to help identify genetic defects in embryos prior to implantation.
When surgery is needed to treat infertility, our board-certified reproductive surgeons offer the latest, safest minimally invasive techniques for faster recovery and less pain and scarring, including laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and robotic procedures.
We partner with The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center to provide patients diagnosed with cancer the option of preserving their fertility before undergoing cancer treatments. Our specialists provide counseling on the latest fertility options and coordinate care between oncology and reproductive medicine.
We offer the most recent advancements in fertility preservation to help ensure the best possible chance of pregnancy following cancer treatment or other events that may affect future fertility. Services include sperm cryopreservation (freezing), egg or “oocyte” cryopreservation, and embryo cryopreservation (freezing of a fertilized egg).
Our specialists perform in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures using eggs, sperm or embryos that have been donated by a third party (donor). We also offer gestational surrogacy services, in which an embryo is transferred into a recipient’s uterus and carried until birth, in cases where a patient is unable to carry a pregnancy.
Our patients get the support they need to cope with the emotional turmoil and stress that often comes with an infertility diagnosis and treatment, through licensed therapists experienced in meeting reproductive mental health needs.
Our registered dieticians provide nutrition guidance and counseling to help you achieve a balanced diet and healthy weight, optimizing your ability to conceive and preparing your body for a healthy pregnancy, delivery and baby.
