Patient-Centered Care

We commit to providing you care that respects your unique needs, expectations, and values.

Here are some of the ways we work to meet this commitment:

  • Collecting your feedback - We ask for your feedback in many ways and are always appreciative when you take the time to share your experiences and let us know how we are doing. We use your feedback to continuously improve, measuring ourselves against your expectations, our past performance, and the performance of other leading women’s and children’s hospitals. We value your input, whether you share it with us in person, over the phone, or through anonymous surveys or comment cards.
  • Addressing your concerns - If you have a concern, you can reach the Family Advocacy department any time by calling 832-824-1919. We take your concerns seriously and work together to address any issues that may be affecting your care experience with us.
  • Giving you a place to tell your unique story - We want to hear about you and learn from your perspective. Sharing your experience is powerful, and so is reading the inspiring stories that other patients share. We encourage you to visit texaschildrensblog.org to find out more about how our patients’ and families’ life-changing experiences at Texas Children’s Pavilion for Women.
