Personal Statement

My passion for neonatology is based on the philosophy that seeks to deliver the art and science of nursing to my patients and family in a holistic, compassionate and dignified way.  My area of interest include, but are not limited to family centered care, creating a conducive environment for parents to be fully involved in the care of their sick infants, and providing them with adequate tools and open communication, safety and pain management.
