Personal Statement

Grace Tang, MSN, APRN, NNP-BC, is a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), level IV. Newly transitioned to this role, Grace’s interest has always been caring for the most critically ill neonates and their families. Her experience includes tracheostomy education, preceptor to newly graduated nurses, total body cooling (TBC), unit charge, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), nursing informatics, and simulation instructing. Her interests include congenital diaphragmatic hernia and infants with complex care, including tracheostomy. Using evidence-based practices, Grace strives to provide safe, compassionate, family-centered care for the critically ill neonates in the NICU. She is excited about her new role and the opportunity to learn and grow as a provider.
