Personal Statement
Goals of clinical excellence: adhering to evidenced based practice, mastery of specialized skills, and promotion of healthcare serve as a foundation in my role as an Acute Care PNP in the level 2 Neonatology unit. In a collaborative effort, with various medical services, i strive to promote and to meet the complex health care and emotional needs of the patient and their families, serving as an integral member of the Neonatology team, mainly, functioning towards the goal of fostering the improvement of health for the transition of the patient from the level 2 unit to a home environment for continuous health improvement across their lifespan.
