Dr. Manisha Gandhi is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist and maternal-fetal medicine specialist in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She sees patients at the Maternal Fetal Medicine Center at Texas Children's Pavilion for Women. She serves as the Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic Chief and Director of the Program for Multiples at the Pavilion for Women. In addition, she has a strong interest in residency education and serves as one of the associate residency program directors for obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Gandhi cares for high risk pregnancies complicated by maternal and/or fetal issues. She has a special interest in prenatal diagnosis and multiple gestations. She performs invasive procedures such as chorionic villus sampling and amniocentesis at the Pavilion for Women. As Director of the Program for Multiples, she coordinates consultation services for patients with multiple gestations which incorporates dietary and genetics counseling along with maternal-fetal medicine consultation. Dr. Gandhi also has an interest in international health and works with undergraduate students from Rice University on projects facilitating development of resources for obstetrical care for underserved populations.
