Mildred M. Ramirez, MD, professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Ramirez has over 20 years of experience in the management of high risk pregnancies, specializing in clinical obstetrics, cancer in pregnancy, cervical insufficiency, and first trimester screening. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. Dr. Ramirez completed her fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center. She is also fluent in Spanish.
